Our mission is to help you reduce dependency, live more intentionally, and embrace an eco-friendly lifestyle that nurtures both people and the Earth.
Through education, practical tools, and hands-on guidance, we’re empowering individuals and families to take meaningful steps toward sustainability—one home, one habit, one heart at a time.
What is Gen Y for Earth
Millennials for Sustainability is a grassroots movement dedicated to restoring balance between people and the planet. We focus on building communities that embrace sustainable living, compassionate action, and a return to simpler, more connected ways of life. Our mission is to unite individuals who long for a slower, purpose-driven lifestyle—one rooted in care for one another and reverence for the Earth.
Greetings! I’m Sunni Reign, founder and managing member of Millennials for Sustainability, born and raised in Baltimore City. This vision began in 2016 from a place of compassion and conviction. Watching how my city responded to homelessness opened my eyes to the urgent need for human-centered solutions. Inspired by my godmother’s kindness toward those in need, I imagined a better way—community hubs that could provide shelter, dignity, and purpose while helping to keep our neighborhoods clean and cared for.

Starting with little experience and few resources, I faced many challenges but never lost faith in the mission. I educated myself in business and sustainability, built partnerships, and developed programs that blend compassion, education, and environmental stewardship. Over time, this effort grew from a single idea into a movement—one that connects sustainability with self-sufficiency, faith with action, and community care with economic empowerment.

Today, that mission continues through Gen Y for Earth, our training arm that provides CPR, First Aid, and AED education to equip people with life-saving skills while funding our larger goal: building sustainable, self-sufficient communities under the faith-based banner of God’s Plan for the Land.

What began as a response to homelessness has evolved into a blueprint for addressing poverty, food insecurity, and environmental decline—all through education, cooperation, and divine humanity in practice.

We are now seeking ethical, purpose-driven individuals to join our board and support this work—leaders, dreamers, and doers who believe that sustainability is more than a trend; it’s a way of life. Whether you share our message online, take a class, or contribute financially, your involvement directly fuels our mission to create a world where compassion and sustainability walk hand in hand.
Thank you for being part of this growing movement toward a more sustainable, interconnected, and loving future.
Together, we’re not just building communities—we’re reviving humanity.
Millennials for Sustainability, doing business as Gen Y for Earth, is a mission-driven organization dedicated to creating a movement where saving lives and sustaining life go hand in hand. Our organization integrates faith-rooted CPR, First Aid, and AED training with sustainable living education, using the revenue generated from our training programs to fund our larger mission—building self-sufficient, earth-conscious communities nationwide.

Our goal is to make sustainability a way of life while addressing the interconnected issues of hunger, poverty, and environmental decline. We are committed to forming partnerships with local governments, nonprofit organizations, and socially responsible corporations to expand our reach, develop sustainable infrastructure, and empower communities to thrive independently.
Over the next five years, we aim to establish a network of sustainable living centers that serve as community hubs for education, innovation, and wellness. These centers will model renewable energy use, fresh food access, and practical sustainability, offering training that unites health, humanity, and the environment.

Within twenty years, we envision a nationwide transformation—a sustainable living revolution where communities across America are self-sufficient, food-secure, and environmentally resilient. Through our efforts, we seek to restore balance between people and the planet, proving that a better world begins with purpose-driven action.
About Millennials for Sustainability
Organization Description
Millennials for Sustainability is an organization rooted in Divine Humanism—a belief that humanity’s highest calling is to care for one another and the Earth. Through our operating branch, Gen Y for Earth, we deliver CPR, First Aid, and AED certification courses that not only equip individuals to save lives but also generate funding to sustain our long-term environmental and community development goals.

Our core mission is to combat the social and economic stressors that destabilize families and neighborhoods by advancing sustainable housing, food security, and environmental education. We believe that empowerment begins with access—access to knowledge, fresh food, clean water, and safe, sustainable homes.

To achieve this, we collaborate with community organizers, environmental advocates, educators, social media influencers, and nonprofit partners across the country. Together, we design innovative, community-led solutions that uplift underrepresented populations, reduce waste, and restore harmony between people and the planet.

Every class taught, every seed planted, and every life saved through our programs brings us closer to our ultimate goal: a world where sustainability, compassion, and faith in humanity are the cornerstones of daily life.
